Investigation into the Situation of the Market Demand of Physical Education in Hubei Province And Study of the Countermeasures of Its Development

我省高校体育教育专业无论是专业发展速度还是办学规模均居全国之首,且有办学规模和专业方向继续扩大趋势。但是,也有资料清楚的显示,近年来,体育教育专业毕业生的就业率却并不高,且就业领域也不一定与体育教育相关。一个非常值得思考与研究的问题摆在我们的面前,那就是:是办学规模过大造成人才过剩、还是毕业生质量不高适应不了市场需要?或是其它?因此,"如何使我省体育教育专业与市场需求和谐,使该专业能可持续的发展"就成为研究的问题。

Whether the speed of professiohal developmert or the scale of schooling of our college education is among the top nationwide,both of which tend to be enlarged. However, some related statistics indicates that the employment rate of the graduate is not relatively high,apart from that, the job market isn＇t necessaryly related to the physical edulation. Therefore,a thougheful question worth considering and reseaching arises before us-whether the enlargement of schooling causes the surplus of talents,or the low quality of graduate fails to meet the requirement of market？ Or something else？ As a matter of fact,the question＂how to make the physical educational profssion fit in the need of the market, so as to achiece the sustaihable developent of the majors＂ will become to be the main question.
