摘要
中国男排在近期的发展过程中,存在着对一些理念的认识的误差,对排球运动的本质特征、发展趋势和阶段特征、指导思想、技术战术的核心环节、人文精神的培养等等,就此谈谈本人的肤浅认识。
Some misunderstood ideas have been formed in the long term development of China men＇s volleyball team such as cognition on essential characteristics of volleyball movement, developing trend, guiding idea of training, core content of technical ability and cultivating on players spirit. This paper focuses on the writers personal views on these misunderstood ideas.
