The article, adopting the methods of document material, visiting specialist and logical analysis, researches into the reform of PE teaching methods in colleges and universities under the quality education. The research suggests the questions in order to promote the reform of PE teaching methods in colleges and universities under the quality education, promote the ultimate goal of continual improvement of teaching and helping students to develop in an all-round way at utmost. We must renew the idea,clear the teaching aims,synchronize the content of courses and teaching methods, renew the teaching appraisal and integrated choice.
