浅谈高校体育管理的创新和创新思维

A Briefly Study on Innovation and Innovative Thinking of College Sports Management

论述了创新和创新思维一些概念性的内容,同时对如何在体育管理当中进行创新提出了观点和看法。提出管理中应使人、财、物达到一个优化组合;高度重视学生的主体地位,贯彻"人本原理";勇于创新,形成管理特色;加强学习,提高管理者自身素质;提高工作有效性;积极适应新的形势,推进改革进程。

This paper discusses some conceptual content of innovation and creative thinking, and puts forward some views and opinions on how to take innovation in sports management. The study shows that people, financial, and material resources should be made of an optimized combination in management; and must give a high degree of attention to the dominant position of the students; and be in courageous of innovation, forming a management characteristics; enhance learning, improve managers＇ quality of their own; improve work efficiency; adapt to the new situation actively and promote the reform process.
