摘要 目的:探讨转移相关蛋白Ezrin在胰腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:利用高通量的组织芯片技术及免疫组织化学SP法检测88例胰腺癌组织和11例正常胰腺组织中Ezrin的表达,分析它与胰腺癌临床病理特征的关系。结果:8例胰腺癌组织中Ezrin的阳性表达率为77.3%(68/88),而11例正常胰腺组织中均无Ezrin的过度表达(0/11),两者比较P<0.001,差异有统计学意义。同时,Ezrin的阳性表达率与胰腺癌患者的淋巴结转移相关(P<0.001)。结论:胰腺癌组织中Ezrin阳性表达显著高于正常胰腺组织,提示Ezrin的表达上调可能在胰腺癌的发生、发展中起重要作用。 Objective To investigate the expression of Ezrin in pancreatic cancer and its clinical significance, Methods Using immunohistochemical staining and tissue microarrays, Ezrin expression in tumor tissues from 88 cases of pancreatic cancer and in normal pancreatic tissues from 11 cases with benign disease was examined, Results Ezrin expression was positive in 68 of 88 patients (77.3%) with pancreatic cancer. In contrast, no overexpression of Ezrin in normal pancreatic tissues was detected(P〈0.001). The expression of Ezrin was significantly correlated with patients' lymph node metastasis (P〈 0.001), Conclusion The expression rate of Ezrin is significantly higher in pancreatic cancer tissues than that in normal tissues, which will suggest that Ezrin may play an important role in genesis development, metastasis of pancreatic carcinoma.
