延期手术治疗胫骨Pilon骨折的体会

Clinical Evaluation of Delayed Open Reduction and Internal Fixation for Tibia Pilon Fracture

目的:探讨延期切开复位内固定术治疗胫骨Pilon骨折的可行性。方法:回顾2001年3月至2006年7月收治的局部软组织损伤恢复后再行切开复位内固定治疗胫骨Pilon骨折40例的临床资料。结果:骨折愈合时间8周～30周,平均14周。全部病例均获得随诊,随诊时间平均3a,踝关节评分优良率85%。4例(10%)术后并发局部软组织炎症,通过换药等局部处理后治愈。结论:采用延期切开复位内固定治疗胫骨Pilon骨折,能有效减少并发症并获得较好的踝关节功能恢复。

Objective To analyze the results of distal pilon fractures treated with delafed open reduction and internal fixation.Methods Fram March 2001 to july 2006,40 pilon fractures were performed delayed open reduction and internal fixation after soft tissue recovered.Results All patients were available for follow-up at an average of 3 years.The excellent and good rate was 85%.4 patients （10%） were complicated with superficial infection ,which were succesfully treated by local dressing changes.Conclusion This Two-stage treatment protocol for pilon fracture has some advantages of fewer complications and good function.
