摘要
冷轧辊辊坯普遍采用电渣钢锭制造,但生产成本高、产品规格受限。试验采用真空精炼钢锭替代电渣锭制造冷轧辊辊坯。通过真空精炼钢、氩气保护浇注、两镦两拔、高温均致化及附加一次830~840℃重结晶调质加热淬火等工艺措施生产出了合格的冷轧辊。
The cold rolling roller blank was normally made out of electroslag and ingot but was limited in higher production cost and product specification. The electroslag ingot was replaced by vacuum refined ingot to produce the cold rolling roller blank. Through the various technology of vacuum refined ingot, argon shield pouring, two times of each forging reduction and drawing out, high temperature uniformity, re-crystalized and hardening and tempering at 830- 840℃ to produce the qualified cold rolling roller.
