摘要
42CrMoA锻轴在调质处理后发现裂纹。通过低倍、高倍、断口检验以及性能试验等分析,认为该裂纹是由于回火温度偏低,回火时间偏短,存在回火脆性,在残余应力作用下产生的沿晶延迟裂纹。
After quenching and tempering heat treatment, the cracks are found on the 42CrMoA forged shaft. By macroscopic test, microscopic test, fracture test and mechanical test etc. , the causes for this crack are the lower tempering temperature, the shorter tempering time and the existed temper brittleness. Furthermore, under the residual stress all these reasons give rise to the delayed cracks along the grain boundary.
