摘要
采用一步法工艺,对用于聚氨酯夹层板结构的高硬度聚氨酯弹性体进行了研究,分别考察了硬段含量、软段结构以及催化剂等对聚氨酯弹性体力学性能及工艺性能的影响。结果表明,使用自制的CA-1催化剂、混合聚醚多元醇和粗MDI体系,硬段质量分数为50%时,合成的聚氨酯弹性体邵D硬度达75、拉伸强度为26MPa、撕裂强度98kN/m、伸长率为90%、釜中寿命为9min左右,外观无气泡、开裂等缺陷,具有成本低、工艺简单、效率高的优点。
High hardness polyurethane elastomer used for steel-polyurethane-steel composite was studied by one-step method. The fluences of hard segment content, soft segment structure, catalyst on the mechanical and processing properties of the polyurethane elastomer were respectively discussed, The results showed polyurethane elastomer hardness was shore D75, tensile strength was 26 MPa, peel strength was 98 kN/m, elongation was 90%, operation life was about 9 min when using self-produced CA-1 catalyzer, mixed polyether polyol, crude MDI and hard segment content was 50%. It hadn't bubble and crack on surface and had excellence of low cost, simple technique and high efficiency.
