The factors to be considered during the planning of the circle line are analyzed in detail, including the setting conditions, the length and scale, the form of circle,etc, At last, this article points out that the circle line of urban tall transit shah be built with scientism,because the construction of circle line must follow the rule of urban development, with an understanding of the specialties of circle line, and conform with the whole network,
