摘要 试验选取工业石膏、分析纯氧化钙和无水硫酸钠做铁合金渣激发剂。结果证明,氧化钙是铁合金渣的良好激发剂。用氧化钙和石膏均能单独激发铁合金渣的活性,单独使用无水硫酸钠不能激发其活性。用氧化钙和石膏复合激发的效果要优于单独激发,说明氧化钙和石膏具有叠加效应。在此基础上,提出了优化配方,氧化钙和石膏掺量均为10%。通过微观结构分析,探讨了其水化反应机理。 Cheep industrial gypsum and industrial anhydrous sodium sulfate as well as calcium oxide were selected as alkali activation in the test. The results showed the calcium oxide was good alkali activators for ferroalloy slag. Both calcium oxide and gypsum could be used as an activator individually, while sodium sulfate couldn't. The effect of superimposing activation of calcium oxide and gypsum was better than separateness. Based on those tests, an optimization compound was prescribed as 10% calcium oxide, 10% gypsum and 80% ferroalloy slag. The hydration reaction mechanism of the no-clinker cementitious materials was discussed through the microstructure.
