摘要 以改性无机黏结剂为基料,缩合磷酸铝为反应固化剂,通过添加空心陶瓷微珠和金属铝粉等功能性填料,研制而成耐高温隔热保温涂料。实验表明,该涂料的附着力达2级,在40℃的水中浸泡96h不脱落,在600℃高温的空气中静置10h不开裂。涂膜综合性能良好,应用于高温管道表面时不仅能有效抑制辐射传热和对流传热,降低涂覆表面的热平衡温度,而且隔热保温效果显著。 The coating of high temperature resistance and heat insulation was developed with inorganic modified adhesive as basic material, condensation aluminium phosphate as curing agent, functional fillings such as micro-bead of hollow pottery and powdered aluminium to be added. Experiments showed that, the adhesion force of the coating reached up to second grade, non-paint off in 40 ℃ water for 96 hours, and non-crazing in 600℃ air for 10 hours. The coatings, for its excellent over-all properties, could reduce the heat of radiation, convection, and the thermal equilibrium temperature of the coated surface, and notable effects on heat-insulation.
