摘要
肥城曹庄煤矿煤10-2底板为4.2 m厚的粘土岩,遇水极易膨胀软化成泥;顶板为粉砂岩、煤10-1(不可采)及粉砂岩复合顶,距离上覆煤9采空区平均只有2.1 m。复杂的煤层顶底板条件使得采场支护系统刚度低、稳定性差,开采环境十分恶劣。通过采取一系列有效的顶底板控制措施,在10601回采面开采实践中取得了显著效果。
The 10-2 seam floor of CaoZhuang Mine is 4.2m thick clay rocks, and water-vulnerable expansion softening. Roof of siltstone and 10-1 seam and sihstone composite roof, which from the overlying 9 seam abandoned stope an average of only 2. lm. Complex coal seam roof and floor conditions made stope support system low stiffness, poor stability and a very adverse the exploitation environment. Marked results are achieved through a series of effective measures to control the roof and floor in the 10,601 mining workface.
