Cooperating Studying platform based on campus net provides a network teachmg and academic environment for the teacher and the learner. It is useful for the students to get acquaintance the way of network cooperation study and to improve their learning ability. A Cooperating Studying Platform based on campus net is designed. The function, the logic structure design and the exploitation implement of the platform are introduced. Test results are analyzed and possible improvements are put forward.
