摘要 通过室内实验,优选出了能够抗200℃高温、密度达2.30 g/cm^3的水基聚磺钻井液配方:4%膨润土+ 1.5%SMP-2+2%SPNH+3%HL-2+1%SMC+0.2%80A51+0.3%KHPAN+重晶石+2%SF260+1%高温稳定剂+0.5%表面活性剂+1.0%润滑剂。评价了该钻井液的热稳定性及抗盐抗钙能力。结果表明,该钻井液流变性好,抗盐、抗钙污染能力强,对处理超高温水基钻井液具有指导意义。 A water base mud treated with sulfonates and polymers having a temperature stability of up to 200℃and a density of 2.30 g/cm^3 was formulated in laboratory.Laboratory experiments were done to e valuate the temperature stability and the capacity in tolerating salt and calcihm contaminants.The results showed that this mud can be used at 200℃,and is stable when contaminated with 15% sodium chloride and 1 % calcium chloride.
