运用设备寿命理论 加强企业设备管理

Strengthen the Management of Enterprise’s Equipment with the Life Theory of Equipment

设备是企业生产必不可少的物质技术基础,是生产力三大要素之一。设备在使用过程中表现为物质运动和价值运动两种形态;引起物质磨损和精神磨损两种损耗,从而带来物质寿命、技术寿命和经济寿命这样三条命。正确运用设备的寿命理论来指导和加强企业的设备管理,以确保企业生产设备的适用性、先进性和经济性,进一步把我国企业设备管理现代化提高到一个新水平。

Facilities, as one of the three elements for productive forces, are an indispensable material basis for industrial production. They can in operation be categorized into two forms of motion, namely, the motion of material and that of value, which in turn will result in the material and spiritual losses, thus bringing forth the concepts of material life, technical life and economic life. To ensure the applicability, progressiveness and economy of the facilities in enterprises, we should apply the theory of life properly to guide and reinforce the facilities management so as to further modernize facilities management to a higher level.
