摘要
安徽民营经济的快速发展对民营企业科学管理提出更高要求,在"以人为本"管理思想的支配下,改革薪酬管理,建立"对内具有公平性、对外具有竞争性"、足以使中小民营企业实现持续发展的薪酬体系成为当务之急。
The rapid development of private enterprises in Anhui Province has put a higher standard of scientific management in great demand. Committed to the people-oriented management idea, it is necessary to reform the salary management and establish a new salary system that is both fair and impartial inside and competitive outside to completely ensure a sustainable development for small to medium private enterprises.
