目的介绍各类抗肿瘤药物在肿瘤治疗中的研究进展及临床应用概况。方法综合国内外相关文献进行分析与评价。结果与结论目前抗肿瘤药物的发展进入了一个新的阶段,由天然药物的开发发展到了新靶点抗肿瘤药研究以及基因疗法等。随着临床应用的进一步扩展,肿瘤的药物治疗将在未来一段时间内得到更大发展。

Objectlve To introduce the present situation of clinical usage and research progress on different antineoplastic drugs in antineoplastic therapy. Methods To collect medical literatures in recent years all over the world for review. Results and Conclusion At present, the advance in antineoplastic drugs has already come to the new stage. It has developed from the exploitation of the natural drugs to new target drugs and gene therapy. With the enlargement of clinical usage,the tumor chemotherapy will get further advancements in the future.
