反相高效液相色谱法测定祛痰口服液中愈创木酚含量

Determination of Guaiacol in Qutan Oral Liquid with RP-HPLC

目的建立用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法测定祛痰口服液中愈创木酚的含量。方法采用AgilentZoxbax-XDB-C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)及保护柱(12.5mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为水(1%的醋酸溶液)-甲醇(70∶30),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为272nm。结果愈创木酚的线性回归方程为Y=66.0827X-142.0121,r=0.9997(n=5),加样回收率为96.50%,RSD为2.07%(n=6)。结论方法简便、准确,可作为祛痰口服液的质量控制方法之一。

Objective To establish the method for determining the content of guaiaeol in Qutan Oral Liquid by RP-HPLC. Methods The separation was achieved on the Zorbax XDB - C18 analytical column （150 mm×4. 6mm, 5 μm） with the mobile phase of 30 ： 70 methanal - water（1% acetie aeid aqueous solution）. The detection wavelength was at 272 nm using an ultraviolet deteetor. The flow rate was 1.0mL/min. Results The linear equation of guaiaeoh Y= 66. 082 7 X -142. 012 l,related eoeffieient r=0.9997（n=5）.The reeovery rate was 96.50% with RSD 2.07% （n =6）. Conclusion The method is simple,and aceurate with a good reproducibility and can be used as the quantitative analysis method for this preparation.
