摘要
目的建立毛细管气相色谱法测定薄荷脑醑中薄荷脑的含量。方法采用HP-5弹性毛细管柱程序升温的方法测定。结果薄荷脑质量浓度线性范围为128.4～1284.0μg/mL,平均回收率分别为99.8%,RSD=0.9%(n=6)。结论所用方法准确、灵敏,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for determination of mentholum in menthol spirit. Methods The determination was carried out on a HP-5 eapillary column with sequential increase of temperature prngramming. Results The linear range of mentholum was 128.4- 1 284.0 μg/mL The average recovery rate as 99.8%, RSD =0.9% （n =6）. Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of menthol spirit.
