电大应认真贯彻十七大精神,充分发挥电大在学习型社会建设中的重要作用。全面落实科学发展观,牢固树立第一要义是发展的理念;坚持"以人为本";坚持全面协调可持续;坚持统筹兼顾,实现又好又快发展。
We should implement spirits of the 17th National Congress of the CPC in TV university education, giving full play to the important function of TV university in creating Learning Society. We should also implement scientific development views completely, building finn ideas that developing is the first task. We should still insist human -orientation and take the road for comprehensive, coordinate and sustainable development, constantly improving the party＇s overall planning ability to fulfill developing faster and better.
