师范院校在扶贫顶岗支教中的问题及其对策

Researches on the Problems and Countermeasures in Doing on Aid-the-poor Practice Teaching and Going on Duty for Somebody Else

师范院校在农村学校进行扶贫顶岗实习支教的改革措施对改革人才培养模式、服务农村基础教育、支持新农村建设具有重要的实践意义。我们应该认真探讨师范院校扶贫顶岗实习支教中存在的一些问题,进一步对顶岗实习工作提出具体的建议,以期使顶岗实习支教真正行之有效。

Pedagogical colleges and universities are taking some reform measures to do aid -the -poor practice teaching and go on duty for somebody else in the countryside, which has the important practice significance to the personnel training pattern, the countryside elementary education and the rural reconstruction. This paper discusses the problems in the aid -the -poor programme and gives some good advice on how to deal with them, so that the reform measures will become more effective.
