高校图书馆在现阶段应具有目标创新、服务创新和角色创新。高校图书馆要利用自身优势,立足于满意服务向知识服务方面转化,给读者更好、更高水平知识服务的同时,加强个性化服务及数字化服务。

The university library should have the goal of innovation, the service of innovation and the role of innovation at the present stage. The university library must be established from satisfied service to the knowledge service by using its own superiorities, and thereby providing better and high level service for the reader. At same time, the university library should strengthen personalized service and the digitized service.
