子痫前期或子痫患者胎盘细胞凋亡的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】探讨子痫前期或子痫患者血清DNA酶Ⅰ(DNaseⅠ)和胎盘滋养层细胞凋亡水平变化的临床意义。【方法】选取连续入院的40例子痫前期或子痫患者和44例正常孕妇作为研究对象,进行血清DNaseⅠ和胎盘滋养层细胞凋亡指数分组对照比较。【结果】患病组胎盘绒毛滋养细胞、合体滋养细胞、蜕膜细胞的凋亡指数与对照组相比,差异均有显著性(P<0.05);患病组与对照组血清DNaseⅠ浓度相比,差异有显著性(P<0.05);子痫前期或子痫患者中,血清DNaseⅠ浓度与胎盘细胞的凋亡指数呈正相关(r=0.875,P<0.01)。【结论】滋养层细胞凋亡的明显增加是子痫前期或子痫发病机制中的重要环节,母体血清DNaseⅠ水平可作为子痫前期或子痫产前筛查的指标之一。 [Objective]To explore the relationship between the level of deoxyribonuclease Ⅰ(DNase Ⅰ) and human placental apoptosis in eclampsism and eclampsia patients. [Methods] Forty patients and 44 normal gravidas were included in the study. Apoptotic index and DNaseI level of these samples were measured and compared according to different groups. [Results] There were significant difference between normal and observed group in apoptotic index and DNaseⅠlevels( P 〈0.05), DNaseI level was positively correlated with apoptotic index in eclampsism and eclampsia patients(r=0. 875, P 〈0.01). [Conclusion] Human placental apoptosis may be an important link and a critical pathogenesy for eclampsism and eclampsia patients. The levels of DNasel may evaluate the antepartum risk in eclampsism and eclampsia patients.
