对医科院校人文素质教育的探析

An Analysis of Humanistic Quality Education to Medical Colleges and Universities

当前我国医患矛盾和冲突的不断增加以及现代医学发展的现状,如医学模式的转变都迫切要求医科院校应高度重视医科学生的人文素质教育,但目前医科院校的人文素质教育仍存在不少问题,为提高医学人文教育的效果,应从教育思想、观念转变,教育课程结构体系改革,校园文化建设,教师主动性和创造性的发挥等方面进行改革和创新,努力培养全面发展的高素质医学人才。

The increasing contradiction and conflict between doctors and patients as well as the current modem medical development in our country, and the transformation of medical model require the medical colleges and universities to lay emphasis on humanistic quality education of the students. However, there exist many problems in humanistic quality education of current medical colleges and universities, in order to improve the effect of humanistie quality education; we can realize the reform of the transformation of educational thought as well as concepts, the reform of the education curriculum structure system, the campus cultural reconstruction, bring the initiative and creation of the teachers into play, and try our best to cultivate the medical talents with high quality in the full scale.
