摘要
以国际分工方式和生产方式发生根本性转变的历史背景为基础,通过分析和改进波特的钻石模型,重新梳理全球价值链下产业(国际)竞争力的形成因素,提出五角模型以及相应的评价维度。
Some fundamental changes have taken place in the modes of international labor division and production. The paper, based on the changed historical background and the improved Diamond Model theory, re-sorted out the elements responsible for the industrial competitiveness and put forward a new Pentagon Model and the corresponding dimensions of evaluation.
