Influence of BCP Outcoupling Layer on Electroluminescent Performances in Top-emitting Organic Light-emitting Devices

摘要 制作了基于有机材料2,9-二甲基-4,7-二苯基-9,10-菲咯啉(BCP)作增透膜的硅基顶发射有机电致发光器件,探讨了BCP增透膜对于器件亮度、效率等光学参数的改善以及对于器件光谱的影响,并结合微腔理论和转移矩阵理论进行了计算,验证了理论与实验结果的一致性。 We fabricated top-emitting organic light-emitting devices on Si substrates, in which an organic 2,9- dimethyl-4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline (BCP) layer was introduced as the light outcoupling layer to improve the electroluminescent (EL) performances. The influence of the BCP outcoupling layer on EL intensity, luminous efficiency, and EL spectra was explored by combining experimental data with microcavity and transfer matrix theories. The experimental data was basically consistent with theoretical results.
