服务业企业海外市场进入模式选择研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文分析了服务业企业与制造业企业海外市场进入模式类型之间的差异,认为硬服务企业具有与制造业企业相同的二十种海外市场进入模式类型,而软服务企业只具有四种进入模式类型。然后综合各种影响服务业企业海外市场进入模式选择的因素,构建了一个比较各个软服务企业海外市场进入模式的分析框架,并利用一些前人的经验研究来作为本文分析框架的实证依据。
