浅论冷战后英国核战略

摘要 自从冷战结束以来,英国核战略出现重大调整,英国主张建立和维持"最低限度"的核威慑力量。为保护英国重要利益,核武器要发挥战略与次战略威慑作用。在使用核武器条件上,英国实行"模糊性"策略。英国核威慑战略面临着诸如"独立"性、核威慑效果、苏格兰问题等挑战。英国更新核战略威慑力量,违背《不扩散核武器条约》;对无核国家使用或威胁使用核武器,违背国际法。
