摘要
对采用ANSYS软件对轴对称旋转构件优化设计中模型的建立、单元的选用、网格划分、约束条件及载荷的施加、目标函数的确定等问题进行了较详细地介绍。并以实例进行了优化设计,结果表明优化后转鼓各点的应力及变形更趋合理。
Optimum design methods have been presented for axial symmetry rotation components on ANSYS.The component model establishing,unit choosing,grid dividing,border of the surface confining,force exerted on the component loading and object function determining were introduced in detail.The LW decanter centrifuge drum was employed as an example and the results of the optimum design showed that the distribution of stress and deformation overall the drum were reasonable.
