摘要
简要介绍目前带式输送机上常用的软起动装置:变频调速装置、调速型液力耦合器和差动液黏调速装置(CST),重点分析其调速性能,并根据现场使用经验,对3种软起动装置的调速性能进行比较,提出应针对各种带式输送机的特点、不同的使用环境,选用不同的软起动装置。
Presents a chief soft-start equipment of belt conveyor, such as variable frequency speed controlling equipment and hydraulic speed controlling equipment,fluid viscous equipment（FVE） for speed dynamical controlling equipment by differential gear system.The speed controlling performances of three equipments are mainly analyzed and compared according to belt conveyor＇s applying experiments.At last,the suggestions that the soft-start equipment is selected depending on the characters and circumstances of belt conveyor.
