摘要
由内啮合圆弧-摆线齿轮泵的工作原理及内外转子的运动关系推导出内转子摆线齿廓的曲线方程,解决了内转子加工以及损坏后难于测绘的难题。实际应用表明效果良好,大大降低了测绘和加工难度,并且该齿廓方程有较广泛的适用性,对于新设计圆弧-摆线齿廓转子泵也有一定的应用价值。
Based on the analysis of the working principle of artcycloidal gear pump and the relationship of the motion,a parametric equation of a kind of cycloidal curve of internal tooth was put forward.The trouble of processing and mapping when the real-damaged was solved.Actual application shows difficulty of survey and process was greatly reduced,and this parameter equation has more extensive applicability.Also has the certain application value regarding a new design of art-cycloidal gear pump.
