摘要
为了实现节能降耗,鑫安煤矿针对高压主通风机进行技术改造。根据设备的具体工艺情况,并且分析比较各种可能的技术方案,确定了采用高压变频技术的最佳解决方案。通过对改造前后主通风机运行情况的对比分析,得出改造后电能大幅度降低、提高了主通风机的控制水平的结论。
In order to save energy and reduce consumption,Xin＇an Coal Mining changes production technology of high voltage main fan machine.According to the present conditions of production technology of equipments,make sure the best solution by analysing and comparing all possible technical solutions.By comparing the running of the newly updated main fan machine with the older one,find that consumed electrical power has been reduced by large scale and the level of producton technology of main fan machine has been developed.
