摘要
齿轮可靠性试验阻碍了可靠性研究的发展。利用Pro/Engineer软件完成了斜齿轮的三维虚拟造型和装配,运用ADAMS软件完成齿轮啮合传动的动力学仿真分析,借助ANASYS软件实现了对齿轮的可靠性寿命分析,计算结果略高于试验结果,为研究齿轮可靠性提供了新途径。
The gear reliability experiment is an obstacle of the reliability research development.The helical gear three-dimensional virtual modeling and assembly were accomplished by Pro/Engineer.The dynamics analysis of the gears was finished by ADAMS.The gear reliability life analysis was carried out by ANASYS.The computed results were larger than the results from the experiments.This method provides a new way to gear reliability study.
