摘要
建立了斜齿轮的扭转振动分析模型,仿真计算了模型的啮合刚度、啮合阻尼和振动响应,并运用共振解调技术对仿真信号进行解调分析,成功提取了斜齿轮齿面接触型故障的特征信息,并经实验论证,该方法是有效可行的。
Proposed a new method to diagnose contacting faults of helical gear.The meshing stiffness,meshing damping and vibration output were figured out based on the established torsional vibration model.By using demodulated resonance technique to analyze vibration signal,the fault information was picked up successfully.The validity of this method was approved by the experimentation.
