摘要
ZXSM-10设备是带SDH STM-1光接口的智能PCM,在湖北电力通信网中应用较多。该设备在运行过程中不具备带电拔插功能,更换板件时需要将整体设备停机,这势必影响设备上其他板件业务的正常运行,也会给无人值守变电站带来安全隐患。作者及其同事们认真分析了设备板件的内部电路,采取科学合理的措施改进供电电路,实现了板件的热插拔功能。
The ZXSM-10 equipment is an intelligent PCM with SDH STM-1 light interface which is widely used in Hubei electric power communication network. With no hot plugging and unplugging function, this equipment has to be switched off when boards need to he replaced. This will affects the services of other boards and cause some risks in unattended transformer substation. This paper analyzes the circuits of the board, discusses the realization of hot plugging and unplugging function in the equipment.
