经尿道等离子体双极电切术治疗膀胱白斑22例报告 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨膀胱白斑的诊断及治疗方法。方法对22例膀胱白斑患者行经尿道等离子体双极电切术治疗,并对临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果22例手术均成功,手术平均时间30min,术后3~5d拔除尿管。随防0.25~1.50年尿路刺激症状均消失,未见复发及恶变者。结论经尿道等离子体双极电切术手术方法简单,易于掌握,创伤小,安全性高,效果良好,是治疗膀胱白斑的理想方法。 [Objective] To study the diagnosis and treatment of leukoplakia of bladder. [Methods] The data of 22 patients with leukoplakia of bladder underwent transurethral resection by using bipolar plasma kinetic technique were reviewed and analyzed. [Results] 22 cases were all succeeded, the average operation time was 30 minutes, postoperative indwelling catheter remained for 3-5 days. The patients were followed up for 3 months to 1.5 years, symptoms were all disappeared, no reocurrence or tumor arised. [Conclusions] Transurethral resection of leukoplakia of bladder using bipolar plasma kinetic technique is a safe and effective method, it is mini-invasive and easy to perform.
