摘要
针对快速成型产品悬空部分的支撑问题,文中根据实际情况设计了实验方案,归纳出了常见零件的4种悬空特征,分别为开放式悬臂、倾斜形、圆孔形和平顶形。采用现有的MEM工艺进行加工实验,得到了在加工工艺过程中不加支撑或尽量减少支撑的条件:开放式悬臂长度L≤6mm、倾斜形特征倾斜角度θ≥30°、圆孔半径R≤4mm、平顶长度M≤8mm。
For the support questions about the suspended part in midair of Rapid Prototyping products, we design experiment program in this article according to the actual situation. Front it, we sum up four kinds of suspended characteristics of the common parts, such as open cantilever, incline shape, round hole shape and the flat topping shape. The experiment adopts the existing MEM (Melted Extrusion Modeling)-techniques, and it concludes the condition that there is not support or minimal support in the procedure of processing techniques. The condition is: the length of the open cantilever L≤6 ram, the tilt angle of the incline shape characteristics θ≥30°, the radius of the round hole R^4 ,nm, the length of the flat top M≤8mm.
