摘要
定位误差计算是《机械制造工艺学》中教学的重点和难点,文中初步分析了计算定位误差的原因和定位误差的本质,讨论了几种典型定位方式的定位误差,并结合具体的实例,对计算定位误差的三种方法:定义法、合成法、微分法分别进行了阐述,为正确选择定位误差的计算方法提供了依据。
It is an important and difficulty part in calculating of location error in Technics of Mechanics Manufacturing. In this paper, the reason of why to calculate location error and essence of location error was analyzed, location error in several kinds representative expressions for location was discussed, then, combining with specific examples, three ways of calculating location error were discussed-defining way, composing way, differential way, etc. All of which can provide proofs for selecting a right way.
