摘要
Pichia pastoris是近年来迅速发展的一种真核生物表达宿主,有着广阔的应用前景.本文从提高P.pastoris表达重组蛋白产量的角度,就启动子、高拷贝重组子、密码子偏爱、宿主菌和高密度发酵等方面的优化进行了综述.
Pichia pastoris has been proved to be a promising host organism for the production of heterogonous proteins. We report here the optimization of promoter, high copy integrants, codon preference, host genotype, and high-density cell culture of Pichia pastoris to increase the production of hetcrogonous proteins and make it more efficient for large-scale production.
