摘要
介绍了一种以水为介质的环保型农药新制剂—25%杀螨隆·哒螨酮悬浮剂,通过对润湿分散剂及乳化剂品种的筛选,考察了配制的悬浮剂各种控制项目指标以及低温、热贮性能并确定了最佳配方:杀螨隆15%,哒螨酮10%,木质素磺酸钠3%,苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚2%,黄原胶1%,乙二醇5%,膨润土3%,水62%。结果表明,该悬浮剂品种分解率低,质量稳定,悬浮率98%以上,使用安全。
The preparation of 25% diafenthiuron pyridaben suspension concentrate, a new type water-lgased environmental benign insecticide, was introduced in this paper. Through the selection of dispersing agents and emulsifiers, and the evaluation of technical characteristics and storage stabilities, an optimized formula was achieved as follows： 15% diafenthiuron, 10% pyridaben, 3% dispersing agent, 2% emulsifier, 1% thickening agent, 5% antifreeze, 3% filter and 62% water. This formulation showed low degradation, good storage stability and excellent suspension ratio（〉 98%）, enable it has good potential for agricultural applications.
