7．5％甲氧磺草胺水分散粒剂的高效液相色谱分析

HPLC Analysis of Pyroxsulam 7.5% Water Dispersible Granule

建立了高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对7.5%甲氧磺草胺水分散粒剂(WG)进行定性和定量的分析方法。以乙腈-水(体积比98∶2)为流动相,Eclipse Plus C18为分离柱,选择215nm为紫外检测波长。试样5次测定平均值为7.55%,相对标准偏差为0.99%,添加平均回收率为99.1%,标准曲线相关系数为0.9997。方法测定结果准确度和精密度高,操作简单、快速。

The method for analysis of pyroxsulam 7.5% water dispersible granule by HPLC was developed. The HPLC conditions were as follows： the Eclipse Plus C18 as separating column, acetonitrile-water （98：2, by vol） as mobile phase, and UV detection at 215 nm. The results showed that the average value of sample was 7.55%, the relative standard deviations was 0.99%, the average recovery ratio was 99. 1%, and the correlation coefficient was0.9997. The method has the merits of high accuracy and precision, and was simple and rapid.
