摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法对嘧菌酯进行了定量分析,流动相为乙腈-水(体积比为5∶3),使用ODSC18为填料的不锈钢柱和具可变波长的紫外检测器。该方法的平均回收率为99.81%,变异系数为0.32%,标准偏差为0.30。
An analysis method of azoxystrobin by reversed HPLC was described. Using ODS C18 column, ultraviolet absorption detector, ethanonitrile/water（5：3, by vol） as mobile phase, the results showed that average recovery was 99.78%, the coefficient of variation was 0.32%, the standard deviation was 0.30.
