南秦岭褶皱带东段下寒武统水沟口组底部的一套黑色硅质岩及泥岩组成本区钒矿带,钒矿床严格受控于地层。后湾钒矿区位于荆紫关-师岗复向斜北翼,本文重点讨论该矿床的地质特征、矿床成因、找矿标志及找矿方向。

The Vanadium ore zone deposited in black siliceous rocks intercalated with mudstone of the basal part of the Cambrian Shuikuoguo Formation in the eastern South Qinling. The mineral deposit was closely related to the strata. The Houwan Vanadium mine was located in the north flank of the Jingziguan - shigang synclinorium. The paper describes the geological feature and the cause for the origin of the Vanadium ore, and guiding for prospecting.
