摘要 在瑞士GDF-003牵引高炮供弹机传动中,多棱形曲线类零件的应用有着显著的优越性能,而多棱形曲线的成形原理及其特性与此类零件的设计和加工密切相关。通过对简单内摆线模型的演化,将其动圆上的定点随动圆绕基圆圆心滚动,转换为椭圆上的动点绕椭圆旋转的同时椭圆绕基圆圆心按一定比例向反方向旋转。分析该点的运动轨迹,得到多棱形曲线的成形原理及其等宽特性,方便了此类零件的设计改进,同时也为新型加工方法提供了可靠的理论依据。 In feeder transmission of GDF-003 towed antiaircraft gun made in Switzerland, application of polygon curve parts has remarkable superiority capability, and the figuration theory and characteristics of the polygon curve are bound up with the design and manufacturing of its part. Based on evolvement of simple inner cycloid model, quiet point of motorial circle follows motorial circle to roll around the centre of base circle, and the roll transforms into rotation of motorial point of rotary ellipse around the ellipse, at the same time, the ellipse rotates around the centre of base circle in opposite direction in definite proportion. By means of analysis of the motion track of the point, the figuration theory and equidistance characteristics of the polygon curve were obtained. The result showed that the method is not only convenient for design and improvement of the part, but can also provide reliable theoretical guide for the new type of manufacturing method.
