摘要
高炮要准确射击必须准确确定和修正初速偏差量。火炮初速的改变、寿命的结束与身管的烧蚀和磨损直接相关。通过测量近百根身管的药室增长量和炮膛径向磨损量,挑选出13根径向磨损量有一定间隔的身管,并用这些身管进行了初速试验。试验反映出径向磨损量比药室增长量对初速有更强的相关性。根据不同身管的径向磨损量和初速之间的关系,建立了初速偏差量预测模型和身管剩余寿命公式,取得了初速偏差量误差小于1%的预测精度,该预测方法特别适合于部队作战使用。
Precision fire of AA gun must accurately confirm and correct muzzle velocity deviation and adjustment. The change of gun muzzle velocity and barrel life end were directely bound up with gun bore erosion and wear as well as abrasion of barrel. By means of quantity measurement of chamber increase and bore radial abrasion, according to the change of barrel diameter and measured muzzle velocity, 13 barrels were picked out from hundreds of barrel to carry out muzzle velocity test. The test results indicated that the value of radial abrasion had stronger relationship with the muzzle velocity than the value of chamber increase. According to the relationship between radial abrasion quantity and muzzle velocity of various barrels, prediction model of muzzle velocity deflection and the formula of barrel residual life were estab- lished. Based on these, prediction accuracy of muzzle velocity deflection was less than 1%. The prediction method is suitable for armed forces application in combat.
