On Construction of "Culture Force" of Enterprise

摘要 现代企业的竞争是全方位的竞争,不仅包括材料、设备、产品等"硬件"的竞争,还包括智力因素、价值观念、企业精神、企业形象等"软件"的竞争。并且伴随着时代的进步,"软件"的竞争更为重要。"文化力"的研究与开发工作是进一步加强企业文化建设,提高企业核心竞争力的必要条件,探索加强"文化力"建设的方法和途径,有利于提高企业综合实力。 Competition of modem enterprises is one of all orientations, it not only includes "hardware" competition, such as material, equipment, products, but also includes "software" competition, such as intelligent factor, value concept, enterprise spirit, enterprise image. And with the progress of society, "software" competition will become more im- portant. The research and development of "Culture Force" is a necessary condition to further strengthen construction of enterprise culture and elevate enterprise core competitive force. Probing into method and approach of how to strengthen "Culture Force" is good for improving comprehensive force of enterprise.
