摘要 员工跳槽是人们择业中一种常见的现象,是实现个人职业生涯目标的重要手段,也是企业人力资源配置的形式之一。市场经济高速发展的今天,跳槽作为人才流动的一种重要形式,已在一定程度上被赋予积极的含义。但是,恶意跳槽等非理性行为会给社会和个人带来很多负面效应。深入分析跳槽现象产生的原因及其利弊,对管理者和个人正确认识并妥善处理跳槽问题,实现社会人力资源的优化配置,促进个人和社会的共同发展有着重要的意义。 Affiliation is a common phenomenon in people' s careers, is an important method of realizing individual professional goal, and also the important forms of enterprise' s human resources disposition. At present, the market economy develops rapidly. As the most important form of talent flow, afilihation is endowed with the positive implication. But, Malicious affiliation and not rational affiliation has brought many negative effects to individuals and society, So, analyze the reasons, advantages and disadvantages of affiliation is important for managers and individuals to correctly understand and properly handle the issue, achieving social optimal allocation of human resources , promoting the individual and social develop together.
