软实力是一种精神力量,能潜移默化地影响和制约对方,发挥着硬实力难以替代的作用,越来越成为一个国家综合国力的重要组成部分,成为国家走向现代化的必备因素。整个国民素质的高低、软实力的强弱,对一个国家、一个民族而言,是生死攸关的问题,我们在促进和推动社会现代化的同时,必须同时致力于提高软实力,实现人的现代化。

Soft-strength is a kind of spiritual power, which can imperceptibly influence and restrict the others. It gives a full play to a nation, which is hard to be replaced by hard-strength and is becoming a more and more important part of national comprehensive power, the essential factor of national modernization. The level of the overall quality of nation and the soft-strength is a key point to a state and a nation. We must devote ourselves to improving soft-strength along with pushing social modernization process to realize the modernization of people.
