2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝42例临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病患者非酒精性脂肪肝的发生是否与胰岛素抵抗及血脂代谢紊乱有关。方法收集本院96例2型糖尿病患者,全部病例肝脏B超扫描证实,将其分为2型糖尿病合并脂肪肝组42例与2型糖尿病无脂肪肝组54例,同时测定两组病人的体重、TG、TC、HDL、LDL、空腹血糖(FBs)、空腹血胰岛素水平(FINS),并计算胰岛素抵抗指数(IRI)等。结果2型糖尿病合并脂肪肝组与无脂肪肝组相比较,血TG、LDL、FINS、IRI增高(P≤0.05);HDL下降(P≤0.05):TC、FBS无明显差异(P〉0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者合并非酒精性脂肪肝与血脂代谢紊乱、胰岛素抵抗及肥胖等有关。 Objective To investigate whether fatty liver in patients with T2DM is related with insulin resistance and dyslipidemia.Methods 96 T2DM were divided into fatty liver group and non-fatty liver group. Their fasting levels of blood triglycerin(TG), total cholesterol(TC), low-density lipoprotein(LDL), high-density lipoprotein(HDL), fast serum insulin(FINS), fast blood sugar(FBS) were measured, at the same time, insulin resistance index(IRI)was calculated. Results The levels of TG, LDL, FINS and IRI increased significantly in fatty liver group compared with non-fatty liver group(P≤0.05); the levels of HDL decreased significantly in fatty liver group compared with non-fatty liver group(P≤0.05); the levels of TC, FBS had no significant change between two groups(P〉0.05). Conclusion Fatty liver in Patients with T2DM is remarkably correlated with dyslipidemia, insulin resistance and obesity.
